Proposal Create and Update Required

I'm shocked that this feature was not a base line part of your API. The basic work flow for most work orders will at some point involve a proposal needing to be created and updated until it is approved or rejected.

Proposals need to be added to your API as soon as possible in order to make integrating with your software worth the time and effort.
