Move "ADD NOTE/UPDATE SCHED DATE" Button

Morning - Is it possible to move the "Add Note/Update Sched Date" button to the top of the notes section when you open it.  To keep scrolling to the bottom for each work order to ask for updates can get time consuming.  If the button is right on top when you open the notes, it removes the need to scroll to the bottom, especially if there are a lot of notes
