PM Report does not include last trigger date, tracking number or "Provider Not Found" Error.

Work orders are not created when the live system reports that "Provider not Found" in Locations area. No error message is generated apart from within the live system.

No tracking number is provided in the PM report neither is the last trigger date.

These would all be a great benefit to determine PM Data Integrity Issues.
