I would like to propose a feature that 'Auto-Declines' a Work Order after a designated amount of time without acceptance.

For example:

• An emergency call was made to fix something with a 2 hour turn-around time
• If after 2 hours the vendor does not accept the work order then the system Auto-Declines the work order.

I think this would help with automation for Emergency calls so that we could utilize the Auto-Decline feature along with the Auto Re-Assign feature to seamlessly get Emergencies taken care of.
