Editing Classic Service Requests - Notes

It would be very helpful to allow a user who is editing a classic work order to add a note & select email addressees as they do when creating a note separately.  Currently notes added while editing require you to send the whole work order email and to add the email addresses individually from memory.  A drop down would be great!
