Allowing stores to view pending proposals

Our stores have a "store dashboard" dashboard that allows them to view open and in progress work orders, work history, invoice history.

They cannot currently view proposals that are pending for their store.

Can this permission be added to the store dashboard?

It would also be helpful to add a "proposal history" for each store for easier tracking.
