Document migration from location notes

 When doing up service tickets, it would be very handy (especially when doing these remotely) to have access to and be able to download items from your location notes attachments page in lieu of having to get them from your desktop and put them directly into your work order. At this time, you need to download to your computer, then upload back into the work order.
