Identity Crisis: when logged into Service Automation, who am I?
In Service Channel University, I can see that I'm logged in as me. However, when logged into Service Automation, I'm not sure who I'm logged in as. I have some members of my team that log in as other users from time to time, myself included. It can be confusing who I am. I need to log out, then back in just to make sure, I am who I want to be. (I'm sure there's a joke in here somewhere, just not feeling creative today).
