Move Message of the Day text

Would like to the the message of the day field moved.  The current location above the banner is impossible to find, no one is looking there.

 

If it were in the Choose Problem box it might actually be visible.

  That would be great... It would make it easier for the stores to view those messages.

  This would be a great idea to move it. 

  It could also go just below the Choose Problem box above the Location notes.
