GPS check in and out info and uploads should be emailed to vendor

Could you please work with your programmers to have a notification sent to us, the vendor,  whenever one of our technicians in the field uses the GPS mobile app and enters a note and/or uploads pictures (notification requested at the very least – although the actual note and attachments being sent to us would be ideal)?
