Add Subscriber ID/ProviderID to Main Menu Bar of User

Add Subscriber ID of client or Provider ID of contractor to their main menu bar (blue bar that has Track WO/PO, WO Reports, etc). 

This would help user's quickly find their Subscriber ID for PM Templates, for Support to identify which Subscriber account the user is logged in as, and for Providers to receive quicker support.
