Resolution Codes - IVR Process
Resolution codes are only currently available under the GPS app or via the notes. In our business we do not allow contractors to complete WO's via the notes due to the fact that they have to check in and out on the work order to complete it. Because of this we dont have the ability to track any kind of resolution, is this something that can be added to the IVR process? Once we set the selection by trade, it would be available as a selection via the phone?
