Show "Position" of Location Note Headers (for use with Analytics)

As more clients use custom analytics, the positions of the top 30 location note headers need to stay in place or the reports will fail. To better help clients identify the top 30 without having to actually count the lines each time we can add a new column on the location note header section of admin as shown in this doctored image:
