Scheduled Date Pop Up Reminder Box

Vendors are often good with sending a Facilities Manager a note that a scheduled date has changed, but they more often than not forget to update the Scheduled Date field.  It would be nice if there could be some sort of reminder when vendors are updating notes to have a pop up box asking if they need to update the scheduled date field.
