Work Order Reports - Add Dashboard Areas/Problem Types
Currently, SC users are able to customize their dashboard for each area of stores/facilities.
We have no way to look up work orders for our own defined areas or problem types. We can sort by trade, provider, etc.
Each client of SC sets up their own dashboard and reporting based off their customization would allow users to search for tickets within their own determined areas. This is much more helpful then just by trade as each client could search by area, then trade.
A drop down for areas and problem type would be helpful in filtering and finding issues per clients specific setup.
