Allow Out of Office message

Provide an out of office response when notes are submitted to a Facilities Manager when a note is entered and the specific user's email is selected.  The out of office message would be similar to how Outlook looks so that the person who is out of office can provide an alternative contact or just state for how long he/she is out of the office.

  Our team agree's this eliminates issues with emergencies where our team needs to act. This eliminates the need for communication procedures in the event a person doesn't respond to a note.
