We would like to request that ServiceChannel provide the ability to change the “Assignee” in bulk. Currently when a user edits WO in Batch the fields that can be changed are status, priority, category, schedule date/time, PO#, subtotal, tax, NTE and WO Note. We use Assignee to track jobs and in some cases we have to assign many work orders which requires manually editing each one.
