Confirmation Pop Up appears when selecting multiple users to receive an alert

Occasionally when working quickly it happens that multiple users are selected in error to receive a work note.  Perhaps a confirmation pop up asking the sender to confirm they want to send to all the shown people before it goes would help.  Maybe if five or more are selected?

  Agreed, confirmation pop up would be great.
