Reporting

It would be of great benefit to allow organizations using SC to build specific reports that are of value to them and store them on the WO Reports tab. Instead of the report being limited to a specific user it should be available to all users for that organization. Currently the available portfolio of reports include fields that are of no value to many users. Organizations can benefit tremendously if we have the ability to build our own, refreshable reports that any user who logs into the client site can use. See Salesforce.com; SAP; Qlikview, etc for examples.

We should not need to pay extra for a basic need such as this. It is almost as if we bought the car but your making us pay for the tires
