Change order of WO alert email
Client would like to change the order of the email that is sent to a provider when creating a WO.
Have the "message" or problem description first and then follow up with appropriate location notes. The thought behind this is to capture someone's attention before they delete an email because the email lists location info first. (Client sends Landlords emails by assigning Work Orders to them but Landlords are not specifically using ServiceChannel to manage the WOs.) The LLs are internal providers in this case.
