Ability to have system generate emails to specified individuals based on a follow-up check mark or date.  Also have a "Follow-up" report that allows generation of a report of notes marked "Follow-up" by date, location, etc.

  Chip/ServiceChannel, lets make this happen.  The follow up function seems pointless if we have no way to follow through with it
