Additional report filter options related to work orders with proposals and vise versa

WO Reports: show work orders with proposals

this would be regardless of prp status or perhaps even the ability to filter which have multiple prps.

PRP reports: Show prps generated from WO

Also adding the ability to see the category of the work order that a prp is associated with or generated from would be a great help on PRP reports.
