Service requet notifications
The problem we have is our technicians are notified directly by email with emergency service requests after hours and the automated emails wake them up for no reason. We want our customers to receive service as quick as possible, but if the automated emails continue we will be forced to have them turn off their emails notifications which will delay service to them. There needs to be emails for emergency after hours service call related business only or the time automated emails need to be changed to normal business hours. The whole point of the system is to take care of the customer in the most efficient way possible.
