Flag Wo for Follow-up email when checked out as 'completed'

It would be very helpful if there were a ‘remind when complete’ flag in each work order so that a user can be notified via email when a contractor checks out of a specific work order as ‘completed’. This will enable follow up that otherwise cannot be completed until the job is completed and would eliminate lag time between when the call is completed by the tech and when tech’s office gets paperwork and updates the FM themselves.
