All Calls (long format) lacks information on LINKED REQUESTS

When running “All Calls (Long Format)” from the WO Reports menu, the linked request information is not displayed. This can be very misleading as users normally do see this information when running “All Calls” report. Please modify “All Calls (Long Format)” to include information pertaining to linked request.
