Text Msg Alerts for Emergency WOs Created After Hours

I am familiar with Big Sky from my previous job and we had after hour alerts set up where we would receive text messages anytime an emergency WO was created after hours  (this could be set up for any priority, or based on another attribute like region).  The system would send us an automatic text message showing WO summary (store #, store phone number, description of WO, assigned vendor, and a link to the WO which you could click and it would pull it up in web browser).  This was very helpful for whoever was on call because we the person on call knew to action the emergency WO from the text message and could avoid sifting through emails all day on the weekends to try to find the emergencies among everything else that is emailed.
