Customize/simplify what is displayed on email alerts

The email alerts that come through for Notes are very jumbled which makes it hard to find Who sent the note, what they said, etc.  I would like to see the Trade on the email alert, make it easier to see who sent the note, and fix the format for how it is displayed in the email.  It is really hard to read.  

Also the subject of the email is jumbled and messy.  This could be cleaned up and made easier to understand at a glance.

  In addition to the email itself all jumbled and messy - the subject line could be readjusted - 

  here's our subject line for a work order 

  WO Note / DOLLAR FINANCIAL GROUP / HI / Store#:USA2604 Tr. #:49896876 / PACIFIC AIR

   

  We could lose the DOLLAR FINANCIAL GROUP _ I already know where I work....

  Maybe the subject line should just be store ID , tracking #, vendor and trade?
