Contractor to see THEIR last note

A provider would like to run a report that shows when THEY put in their last note.  Is this possible to add to reporting?

I’m not disappointed with the people, but the process. In order to service the customer, we need to be able to know when we (Ryko) entered a note, not just when the last date/time that a note was entered. Notes get entered by Hertz, service channel (e.g. “No Activity Alert has been sent”), and us.

So perhaps a process that directs me how to submit an enhancement request would be better than simply informing me that what I’m looking for can’t be done.
