Separate Service Request description details in dispatch emails for clarity
With the advent of more clients making use of the fields tab of the dashboard template, (interactive troubleshooting), The work order description is becoming more difficult to decipher. Currently all of the dropdown choices, interactive questions and answers, as well as free text description is crammed into one run on paragraph. This request would be to separate each item to its own line item similar to how it appears on the dashboard service request confirmation page.
