Service Requests to include attachments as thumbnails

Can new service requests include the attachments as thumbnails?  This way you don't need to open up the work ticket to view the attachments.

  Agree with Laurie. We've had some issues where vendors aren't clear on the request and we end up having to directly email them photos and attachments.
