Follow-up, Canned Responses from a Dropdown Box for Work Order Notes
I find myself replying often or communicating with similar responses to our contractors. Right now, we copy and paste responses from a Word doc into the WO Notes. For regular follow-up or for system oversight in communication with our Service Providers, it would be great if we could configure a list canned responses to be chosen from when adding a note. This could be done from a few areas:
- Work Order >> Notes >> Add note
- Change Several Work Orders at Once
- Add WO Note to Several work Orders at Once

We had this capability when I worked in Big Sky at a previous job. There were stored messages that you could add and when you went to add a note, you could choose "stored messages" and you would find all the saved messages that we commonly sent via notes. Very helpful and very efficient.
