WO specific email notification

Allow user to flag a specific work order to receive an email notice with all updates (status changes, notes, etc) only for that work order. Example provided by client would be a vendor has to install an expensive piece of equipment and the team would like to be notified of all progress on that particular job. Status changes by priority.
