WO Reports - clicking "All" should select every box for priority and category

In WO Reports when "all" is selected for Category and Priority -  every box to the right should be checked. Clients could then uncheck the ones they do not want to include on the report. This would be very helpful for clients who have a large # of categories & they only want to exclude 1 or 2.
