Message of the Day for Vendors

Would be great if we could set a "Message of the Day" to show up on our contractors' and suppliers' home pages when they log into ServiceChannel, similar to how such a message can be set to display on our locations' dashboards.

It would be handy for my organization if we could set and update a message there for our contractors to see such as "Note that all invoices will be paid on a net 30 basis" or "All HVAC work must be approved verbally."
