WO Reports_Phone Number Column in Excel File
When we the client or our contractors request a wo report, it would be ideal to have a column included on the Excel document for the location phone number. This is especially necessary when a vendor is taking care of PM for multiple locations and needs to divide the report for various service providers who will not have access to the SC portal.
Example, we have a national vendor for HVAC maintenance and currently in order for their subs to contact sites and schedule services we create a WO report to pull the HVAC PM services in to an Excel format, then we pull a list of all of our stores from our system in an Excel format, create a VLookup and merge the phone numbers on to one document, which we forward to our vendor, which they can then split and distribute among their service providers.
