Managing Personal Settings

    Any user can manage their personal Fixxbook settings. You can change your password and update your email notification or Single Sign On preferences.

    Managing Your Fixxbook Password

    For security reasons it is suggested you reset your account password from time to time.

    Change Your Password

    How To Change Your Fixxbook Password:

    1. From the top navigation menu, click Settings (gear icon). The personal settings page appears.
    2. At the top of the page, enter your new password.
    3. Re-type your new password.
    4. Click Save. Your password is reset and a confirmation message appears at the top of the page.

    Managing Email Notification Settings

    When your account is created it defaults to alerts and messages being sent to you via email and posted to the applicable section of your Fixxbook account when logged in. Should you prefer to stop receiving email notifications and only be able to view alerts and messages when logged into Fixxbook you can change your Email notification settings.

    Should you want to change which notifications you receive, but still receive them via email please ask a permissioned user to update your alert subscriptions.

    How To Change Your Email Notification Settings:

    1. From the top navigation menu, click Settings (gear icon). The personal settings page appears.
    2. In the middle of the page, under Email notifications, check or uncheck the Enable box, as desired.

    Managing Single Sign On Settings

    In addition to your Fixxbook account, you may also have a Service Automation account. In this section you can view if the two accounts are setup with Single Sign On or remove the Single Sign On setup. You can setup Single Sign On in Service Automation.

    How To View Your Single Sign On Setup:

    1. From the top navigation menu, click Settings (gear icon). The personal settings page appears.
    2. At the bottom of the page, you can view if you account is or is not setup for Single Sign On with Service Automation.

    How To Remove Single Sign On For Your Account:

    1. From the top navigation menu, click Settings (gear icon). The personal settings page appears.
    2. At the bottom of the page, click the blue link click here. The confirmation overlay appears.

    3. Click Ok. The successfully completed overlay appears.
    4. Click Ok. Your account is no longer setup for Single Sign On.
