About Service Automation for Facility Operations

    Description

    Track WO/PO

    Search for work orders entered through the Service Automation Dashboard.

    Service Requests

    Navigate to the Dashboard for a chosen location.

    RFPs / Proposals

    Create Requests for Proposals (or RFPs) for Contractors, and review and take action on incoming Proposals from Contractors.

    Invoices

    Review and take action on incoming Invoices from Contractors.

    WO Reports

    Retrieve live, archive, and site audit reports based on filters and selected criteria.

    QuickView

    Automatically displays the results of any saved work order or proposal report, for you to view your most critical data.

    Admin (Administration)

    Self-service module to manage Location Note Headers, Work Order Properties, Invoice Configuration, Accounting & GL Codes, User Permissions, and Site Audit.

    Locations

    View, add, and edit location information for work order generation.

    PMs (Preventive Maintenance)

    Create, schedule and manage recurring work orders for maintenance services, such as janitorial or inspection services.

    Assets (Equipment)

    Manage equipment assets at individual locations.

    Service Providers

    Search for and review all internal and external contractors, along with ServiceChannel standing and trades.

    Compliance (Private Network)

    Invite and manage external contractors for which to send work orders.

    ServiceHealth

    View up-to-date system statuses for all ServiceChannel products.
