The Fixxbook home page provides you one place from which to navigate to any section of your Fixxbook account. From your home page you can view and begin taking action on the most pressing items.
At the top of every Fixxbook page you can view the top navigation bar which will allow you to quickly jump between sections in your Fixxbook account. Please view the image below to see what each section is called and click on the appropriate link below to learn more about any given section.

Registration and Set-up
The registration and set-up tool will only appear on your Fixxbook home page if you haven’t yet completed this process. When this tool appears at the top of your home page you can quickly see where you are in the process and continue taking action. Click here for more information on completing registration and set-up.
The invitations section of your home page will only appear when you have new client invitations. From this section you can see what companies have invited you, who from the company invited you and when they sent the invitation. You can accept or reject a client invitation. Accepting an invitation lets the client know you will complete additional client requirements as requested and are interested in doing work for this client in ServiceChannel. Rejecting an invitation lets the client know you are not interested in doing business with them.
How To Accept An Invitation:
- From the Fixxbook home page, click Accept next to the desired clients name. Client moves from invitation section to action required section of home page.
How To Reject An Invitation:
- From the Fixxbook home page, click Reject next to the desired clients name. The invitation reject reason overlay appears.
- Enter reason for rejecting.
- Click Decline. Client is removed from invitation section list.
The action required section of your home page will only appear when you have client requirements that need to be completed. A client for which you had previously completed all requirements for will show in this section if they have added a new requirement. From this section you can see which clients have outstanding requirements, your completion percentage for that client and the total number of remaining sections needing to be completed. By clicking continue next to a desired client you can take action to complete any outstanding requirements.
From the profile overview section on your home page you can at a glance see how many trades your company has registered with, view percentage completion for your Fixxbook Profile, Financial Information, and PN and directly take action to manage all of these items.
By clicking the button to the right of the desired profile overview section you will be directed to the appropriate area to take necessary action.
The PN Overview percentage provides you a completion percentage for client requirements across all clients.
From the my trades section of your home page you can view all trades which you have stated you perform for both Self-Performing and Sub-Contracting. To modify your trade listing you can view Managing Trades.
