Accessing Service Automation Admin

    Note: Your permissions to access Admin are determined by your ServiceChannel administrator.

    How to Access Admin

    1. Log in to Service Automation using your username/password or through single sign-on service.
    2. Navigate to more > Admin.

    Accessing Admin

    You will see the Location Notes Headers page and the tabs for the different sections of the Admin module in the submenu. You can access all sections of the Admin module from this submenu.
