Accepting a Client Invitation From An Existing Fixxbook Account

    For every client that invites you in Fixxbook you will receive an email from donotereply@fixxbook.com. The email you receive contains a direct link to accept the invite and notify the client of your acceptance. When you are already logged into Fixxbook you will see the invitation on your Home Page and can accept from there.

    Each invitation you receive will be linked to your existing Fixxbook account so that you can leverage the generic Fixxbook Profile information you already have while also completing client specific requirements.

    Note: In situations where you do not have a Fixxbook account and have received an email invitation from a client please use Signing up for Fixxbook with Client Email Invite.

    How To Accept An Invite From Email invite When I Have An Existing Fixxbook Account:

    1. Receive an email from donotreply@fixxbook.com with a subject of Invite Request: Work with {Company Name}.
    2. At the bottom of the email, click Accept Request. The Fixxbook landing page appears.
    3. Login to Fixxbook. Invitation was successfully accepted message appears.

    How To Accept An Invite From My Existing Fixxbook Account:

    1. Receive an email from donotreply@fixxbook.com with a subject of Invite Request: Work with {Company Name}.
    2. Login to Fixxbook. The Fixxbook Home Page appears.
    3. Click Accept next to the desired clients name. Client moves from Invitations section to Action Required section of the Fixxbook Home Page.
