Entering Your Company into Fixxbook Without a Client Invitation

    When signing up for Fixxbook, your company profile becomes visible to those searching for companies who match your trade expertise and geographic service area. Each company should only have one Fixxbook account per Tax ID/EIN/SSN.

    Note: When you have been invited to join Fixxbook by an existing client you need to follow the process to register with a client invitation.

    When you begin the sign up process the system will check to see if your company is already setup in Fixxbook.

    • Your company is already setup in Fixxbook: you will need to request a user account be created for you. Your request will be sent via email to the system administrator for your company. Once your request is accepted or rejected you will receive an email.
    • Your company is not setup in Fixxbook: you will need to complete the sign up process.
    • You aren’t sure if your company is in Fixxbook: you can start the sign up process and find out.

    When you complete the sign up process you will be completing a profile that allows clients and other contractors to search for you, so it is important that the information you provide matches with your business records. Once you complete the sign up process you will then be able to login to your Fixxbook account and update your data. When asked to provide Country and State/Province simply provide the location where your company headquarters are. When completing your registration you will be able to list all locations where you do business.

     

    How To Enter Your Company into Fixxbook:

    1. Open any Internet browser and enter www.fixxbook.com. The Fixxbook landing page appears.
    2. In the top-right corner, click Sign Up. The what are you here to find page appears.
    3. Click Create Your Free Contractor Profile. The create your profile page appears.
    4. Enter your company name as it appears on business records. Select the Country and State/Province where your company is headquartered.

    5. Click Next. A list of companies appears.
      Note: In situations where no list of companies appear, skip to step 8.
    6. Scroll to the bottom of the list of companies.
      Note: Each company should only have one Fixxbook account per Tax ID/EIN/SSN. If you see your company listed please request access to the existing account.
    7. Click Continue New Company Registration. The Create Company page appears.
    8. Enter your Name, Email and Password.
    9. Review the Privacy Policy.
    10. Check the box next to “I have read and agreed to the Privacy Policy”.

    11. Click Create My Company. You are logged into Fixxbook.
    12. Continue the registration process from step 2, here.

    How To Request Access To An Existing Fixxbook Account:

    1. Open any Internet browser and enter www.fixxbook.com. The Fixxbook landing page appears.
    2. In the top-right corner, click Sign Up. The what are you here to find page appears.
    3. Click Create Your Free Contractor Profile. The create your profile page appears.
    4. Enter your company name as it appears on business records. Select the Country and State/Province where your company is headquartered.

    5. Click Next. A list of companies appears.
    6. Under your company name, Click Yes - Continue. The Contact company page appears.
    7. Enter your name, Email and additional message.

    8. Click Send. A confirmation screen appears.
      Note: In situations where you receive an error stating, “User with this email already exists in FIxxbook”, use the forgot password process.
