About Service Automation Dashboard for Location Users

    The Service Automation Dashboard is used to generate and track work orders; provide feedback on services; and view and approve invoices. Through the Dashboard, work orders are managed by location. Note that:

    • A user with access to one location can only generate and view work orders for his/her own location.
    • A user with access to multiple locations must first choose a location in order to generate and view work orders for that location. Users with access to multiple locations cannot generate work orders for multiple locations at one time.
