Non-Payment of CSA Fees and Resolving Restricted Account Status

    ServiceChannel will communicate with you regarding issues with your payment method.

    • If your payment method is rejected, declined, or expired please correct the payment method immediately in Fixxbook. Your account will automatically be moved to the Grace status to allow time for your payment method to be updated.
    • If your payment method has not been updated within the Grace period, your account will automatically be moved to the Restricted status and your ability to submit invoices will be temporarily suspended until your payment method is successfully updated.
