Using Field Tech Manager Mobile to Manage Work Orders

    After assigning work orders to your desired internal technicians, your internal tech team will see the work orders in the Field Tech Manager mobile app. From here, technicians can:

    • view assigned work orders;
    • view work orders assigned to other technicians
    • check in and out of work orders;
    • change the status of work orders;
    • add photos/videos and notes to work orders;
    • reassign work orders to another technician or an external service provider;
    • View external work orders;
    • reassign external work orders
    • decline work orders; and
    • cancel work orders if the job is no longer necessary.
