Logging In and Resetting a Forgotten Password

    Logging In

    You may login to WorkForce at any time to manage internal technicians and work orders.

    How to Login to WorkForce for Field Tech Manager:

    1. Navigate to workforce.servicechannel.com.
    2. On the WorkForce page, click Login. The login modal appears.
    3. Enter your username and password, and then click Login. The WorkForce console appears.

    Resetting a Forgotten Password

    Should you forget your WorkForce for FTM password, you may reset it through the Login panel.

    How to Reset your Password

    1. Navigate to workforce.servicechannel.com.
    2. On the WorkForce page, click Login. The login modal appears.
    3. Click Forgot?. The Reset My Password page appears.
    4. Enter the email address used when creating your FTM Internal Tech Group, and the click Reset My Password. The link to reset your password is sent to the specified email address.
    Note: The email link is only active for 24 hours. The link becomes inactive when not used to reset your password within 24 hours. You must go through the above steps again to reset your password.
