Adding Notes and Photos into JobSite

    In JobSite you may use Notes and Photos to communicate with your client and your employer about the work order, or to provide supporting evidence of the issues. You can add or view this information at anytime.

    Note: Only add photos and notes related to your work order. Your client and your employer will see the photos and notes you attach.

    Adding Notes and Photos in Site Access JobSite

    How to add a Photo:

    1. On the desired work order, tap Photos.
    2. Follow your mobile phone’s instructions on taking a photo or finding a photo in your photo library.
    3. (Optional) Add notes in the Enter comment… field.
    4. (Optional) Tap Action Required to send a notice to your employer and client.
    5. Tap Done. The photo is attached to the work order.
      • (When Action Required is selected) A notification is sent to your employer and the client.

    How to add a Note:

    1. On the desired work order, tap Add Note.
    2. Add notes in the Enter comment… field.
    3. (Optional) Tap Add Photo to include a photo with your note.
    4. (Optional) Tap Action Required to send a notice to your employer and client.
    5. Tap Done. The photo is attached to the work order.
      • (When Action Required is selected) A notification is sent to your employer and the client.
