Logging into JobSite and Resetting a Forgotten Password

    Logging into JobSite

    Once you have completed the profile, you no longer have to use the email invitation to login to JobSite. Going forward, you can go directly online to log in.

    Note: If you have never used JobSite before, go to this page to learn how to access JobSite for the first time.

    How to Login to JobSite

    1. On your device’s Internet browser, navigate to jobsite.servicechannel.com.
      Tip: Bookmark this site so you do not have to type it in the future.
    2. Enter your User Name and Password, and then tap Login. The home page appears.

    Forgot JobSite Password

    Should you forget your password, use the email address you used when signing up. JobSite will send a link to that email address to reset your password.

    How to Reset Your Password

    1. On your device’s Internet browser, navigate to jobsite.servicechannel.com.
    2. Tap Forgot? located above the ServiceChannel logo.
    3. Enter your email, and then tap Reset. A green confirmation box appears, and a link to reset the password is sent to your email.
    4. In your email, locate the Forgot Password Request email, and then tap the reset link. Your device will open your Internet browser.
    5. On the Save Password page, enter and confirm a new password, and then tap Save. A green confirmation box appears, and you are taken back to JobSite’s home page.
      Note: Passwords must be 8 characters or more, including capital letters and special characters (for example: #, !, ?, *).
    6. Enter your User Name and new Password, and then tap Login. The JobSite Home Page appears.
