Creating a Service Provider Profile

    To add a service provider to your private network in Compliance Manager, the provider’s profile should be available in Fixxbook. If you have a preferred service provider who is not in Fixxbook, you can invite the provider to join your private network by registering with Fixxbook. Should you need to create the profile on behalf of the service provider, you can do so and then invite the provider to manage the profile.

    How to Create a Service Provider Profile

    1. On the Compliance Summary page, click the Contractors tab. The Active Contractors page opens.
    2. In the top-left section of the page, click Create Contractor. The Company Information section appears.

    3. Open the Country drop-down list, and click the appropriate country name.
    4. Enter additional information in the fields presented based on the country you selected.
    5. Click Next. New information fields appear.
    6. Enter the name of the business.
    7. Enter the name of the Account Manager/Main Contact.
    8. In the Service Requests section, enter the Phone, Fax, and/or Email.
    9. Enter an email and/or fax number to dispatch WO Notes/WO Alerts, Proposals/Proposal Alerts, Invoices/Invoices Alerts, and Training.
    10. Click Next. The Confirm company creation window appears.
    11. Click Continue. The Active Contractors page appears with the list of active service providers, including the service provider you just created. You will be the administrator for this account.

    To start working with the service provider, you need to add contact details and invite the provider to manage the profile.

    Adding Contact Details

    Before you can invite a service provider to manage the profile, you need to add contact information.

    How to Add General Contact Information to a Service Provider’s Profile You Created

    1. On the Compliance Summary page, click the Contractors tab. The Active Contractors page opens.
    2. In the Filters section, click Self-managed, and then select No. The list of profiles you created appear.

    3. Locate and click the name of the desired service provider. The profile page opens.
    4. Click Contacts in the left navigation pane. The General Contacts section appears.

    5. Click Add. The Edit Person window opens.
    6. Enter the Name, Phone, and Email of the service provider.
    7. (Optional) Enter Job title, Mobile, and/or Fax.
    8. Click Save.
