Searching for and Sorting Active Invitations

    Search filters for active invitations are located in the left pane of the Active Invitations page.

    When you apply a filter, a yellow side bar appears next to it so you have a quick view of how your list is filtered. You may remove your filters once you are done with your search.

    Note: You may need to click a filter name to view the options.

    Search

    Search for invitations by service provider’s details such as the business name, email, or a person’s name. Enter the desired detail in the Search text box, and then click Search.

    Status

    Select the boxes next to desired status names to look for invitations with those statuses. Click Select All to search for invitations in any status. (See Managing Active Invitations for more information about active invitation statuses.)

    Is Urgent?

    Select Yes or No based on whether the invitation was marked urgent or not.

    Invitation Date

    Search for invitations based on when they were sent - after a date, before a date, or within a date range. Fill in From, To, or both fields, and then click Search.

    Expiration Date

    Search for invitations based on the expiration date - after a date, before a date, or within a date range. Fill in From, To, or both fields, and then click Search.

    Profile score

    Use the sliders to set a profile range to look for invitations sent to service providers having a profile score within that range.

    General Profile completion

    Use the sliders to set a general profile completion range to look for invitations sent to service providers having a general profile completion score within that range.

    Client-Specific Profile completion

    Use the sliders to set a client-specific profile completion range to look for invitations sent to service providers having a client-specific profile completion score within that range.

    Invited By

    Select the boxes next to desired user names to look for invitations sent by those users. Click Select All to search for invitations sent by all users.

    Labels

    Select the boxes next to desired labels to look for invitations with those labels. Click Select All to look for all invitations with labels.

    Removing Filters

    Should you want to use a different filter, click Clear or Select None to remove the previously applied filters. You may also uncheck your previously selected options as applicable in each case.

    Refreshing the page or navigating away from the page automatically clears all filters.

    Sorting the Invitations List

    You can use the various sorting options to arrange the list of invitations in your preferred way. You may sort by company name, contact name, the date when the invitation expires, invited date, invited by, recipient’s email, or profile score.

    How to Sort the Invitations List

    1. On the Compliance Summary page, hover your mouse over Contractors tab, and then in the list of options that appear, click Invitations. The Active Invitations page appears.
    2. In the top-right corner of the page, click the Sort List By drop-down list.
    3. Click the appropriate criterion in the list by which you wish to sort. The results get sorted by that criterion.

    4. (Optional) Click the arrow next to Sort List By drop-down list to arrange the list up or down within the specific criterion.
